Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work life balance on turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction among employees of Rayz UMM Hotel Malang. The population in this study were employees of Rayz UMM Hotel Malang. A sample of 68 respondents was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using the SEM-PLS method with the help of SmartPLS 4. The results of the study indicate that work life balance does not have a significant effect on turnover intention. In addition, work life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of work life balance on turnover intention.
