Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and leadership style
on employee job satisfaction at pt notojoyo nusatara. The population in this study consisted
of all 40 employees of pt notojoyo nusantara. The sampling technique used was census.
Data collection was conducted using questionnaires. The analysis method used was a scale
range. The results of the analysis show that work discipline is in the good category,
leadership style is in the good category, and job satisfaction is in the good category. The
results of this study show a significant effect on job satisfaction; there is a significant effect
of leadership style on job satisfaction
