Abstract

The myUMM Parent application is designed to help parents monitor their children's academic information, such as student profiles, payment information, class schedules and student attendance, KHS and grade transcripts. User satisfaction is a crucial factor in assessing the success of this application. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the level of user satisfaction using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. This method evaluates five main aspects: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires which were analyzed statistically. It is hoped that the findings of this research will provide insight into user experience and become a basis for developers to improve the quality and functionality of the myUMM Parentapplication.
