PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI FORUM LEARNING BERBASIS WEBSITE MENGGUNAKAN METODE PERSONAL EXTREME PROGRAMMING (STUDI KASUS : PT. PLN (PERSERO) PUSDIKLAT JAKARTA SELATAN)

PT. PLN Persero is a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) which is involved in the electricity sector. PLN has a center for conducting training and education or what is usually called Pusdiklat, especially for prospective employees who will be appointed as permanent employees and work at PT PLN. One of the problems that arose at the PLN Pusdiklat was that in the midst of the Covid-19 virus pandemic, it was difficult to meet in person to create a discussion forum between PLN employees because the work was done at home, causing communication to be hampered in conveying information clearly and in detail. Therefore, the Digital Learning Division of PLN Pusdiklat requires the creation of an Information System Application that can be used correctly and quickly so that problems are resolved quickly. The right system development method to solve this is PXP or Personal Extreme Programming. In this research, the system that will be developed is the Learning Forum Information System with the aim of creating an online discussion forum. The phases carried out in developing this system include the Requirements, Planning or Iteration Planning phase by determining the priority scale, Design phase, Implementation phase by applying Unit Tests, Code and Refactoring, System Testing phase and Retrospective phase. From the results of this research, the PXP method can produce an information system with workmanship that matches the overall estimated time and is able to produce an information system that can display an online discussion forum for use by PLN Pusdiklat employees and can function well as shown by the results of user testing.
