Abstract
The growth of the creative industry in Indonesia demands a more objective recruitment process, especially with the arrival of Generation Z, who possess unique characteristics such as high creativity, technological savvy, and flexible work preferences. CV Putra Bumi, a company engaged in architecture and construction, faces challenges in accurately assessing candidates due to the subjectivity of traditional selection processes. This study aims to implement the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method in a web-based decision support system to assist the selection process for new employees, specifically for Project Marketing Staff positions. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database, incorporating nine company-validated selection criteria: sales skills, personal background, self-confidence, interpersonal skills, achievement orientation, service orientation, work ethic, motivation, and trustworthiness. The research method used was research and development, encompassing literature review, data collection, system design, simulation, and testing. The results show that the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method is capable of producing more objective, measurable, and transparent assessments. The system also provides candidate rankings, simplifying the decision-making process. This implementation has been proven to increase recruitment effectiveness and is recommended for continued use and further development by adding additional criteria and supporting features.
