Abstract
The aspect of productivity is a crucial factor in a company, as efficient productivity greatly impacts the company's growth. UD. Kartika Sari produces dolomite with limestone as the main raw material, supplied by several limestone suppliers. The company currently evaluates its suppliers based only on two considerations: price and raw material quality, where these two indicators are no longer relevant as they may lead to decreased company productivity, resulting in suboptimal fulfillment of customer demands, which affects company revenue and service. This study aims to identify the criteria and sub-criteria used to evaluate suppliers, determine the weights of criteria and sub-criteria using the FBWM method, evaluate dolomite raw material suppliers using the FWASPAS method, and determine the best dolomite raw material supplier using the MSGP method. This research uses a quantitative method with the main data collected through questionnaires. The obtained data is then processed using Fuzzy BWM calculations, followed by Fuzzy WASPAS and MSGP. The results show that in the Fuzzy BWM calculation, the Price criterion has the highest weight of 0.1403, followed by Quality, Delivery, Production Capacity, Accessibility, Complaints, and Experience, each with corresponding weights. The Fuzzy WASPAS calculation results show that Supplier C has the highest utility value of 0.5641. The MSGP calculation results find Supplier B as the best supplier, with the fuzzy MSGP integration result of 1, while Suppliers A, C, and D have a score of 0.
