Abstract

The implementation of Reverse Logistics in the manufacturing industry plays an important role in national development. However, companies often lack structured policies, procedures, and performance evaluation systems. This study aims to identify and determine the priority factors supporting the implementation of Reverse Logistics in order to develop applicable strategic recommendations. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to determine relative weight values, while the Pareto analysis is applied to prioritize decision-making. The results reveal five key factors that potentially support the successful Implementation of Reverse Logistics: Managerial Commitment, Infrastructure, Technology Utilization, Resource Competence, and economic Incentives. Recommended strategies include developing new policies related to Reverse Logistics, establishing return centers, utilizing the Internet of Things (IoT), and conducting
intensive training programs
