Abstract

Purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work ability and motivation on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative research. The population in this study are employees of CV. AS Jeans Multigarment. The sample in this study consists of all 35 employees of CV. AS Jeans Multigarment. Data collection techniques included observation and questionnaires. Data analysis methods used were scale ranges, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing assisted by SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and leadership style and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
