Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work motivation, and work environment on employee productivity at UD Jaya Abadi Solution. This research was conducted using an explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study consisted of all employees totaling 54 people, with a sampling technique using a saturated sample. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires, and data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Based on the scale range analysis, compensation is in the good category, work motivation is very high, work environment is good, and productivity is high. The results of the T-test show that partially, compensation and motivation have a positive but not significant effect on employee productivity, while the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Simultaneously, these three variables were proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. These findings indicate that increasing productivity does not only depend on compensation and motivation but also on creating a comfortable, safe, and supportive work environment that enhances employee activities.
