Abstract
Final-year students with high self-efficacy tend to be better at managing stress, making independent decisions, and having clearer future plans. This makes them less likely to experience a quarter-life crisis. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on quarter-life crisis among final-year students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. This research uses a correlational quantitative method with an incidental sampling technique. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26. The results from 331 final-year student respondents at Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang show a simultaneous effect with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Partially, the self-efficacy variable (X) also has a significant effect on quarter-life crisis (Y), with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that self-efficacy (X) has an effect on the quarter-life crisis (Y) among final-year students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang.
