ANALISIS TINGKAT KEBAHAGIAAN PETANI BAWANG MERAH DI DESA BANARAN KULON KECAMATAN BAGOR KABUPATEN NGANJUK

This research aims to determine the level of happiness of shallot farmers in Banaran Kulon Village. It was found that the number of samples to be studied was 91 respondents. Sampling in this research used the Simple Random Sampling Technique. Data analysis was carried out by determining the weight of happiness indicators or the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) method. This research analysis method uses a happiness index calculation to determine the level of happiness of farmers. The research results show that the happiness index value for shallot farmers in Banaran Kulon Village is 83.53 (Happy). From this data it can be concluded that shallot farmers have a high level of happiness and it can also be interpreted that shallot farmers in Banaran Kulon Village are happy farmers. The dimension of life satisfaction has the highest value, followed by the dimension of feelings and meaning of life, because if shallot farmers have fulfilled their satisfaction in life then they will feel happy, if shallot farmers are happy then in their lives they will be able to determine the direction and meaning of their lives.
