Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative research. The population in this study are employees of BKSDM Kota Batu. The sample in this study consists of all 45 BKSDMP employees. Data collection techniques included observation and questionnaires. Data analysis methods used range scales and multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing was assisted by SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and leadership style and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
