Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze leadership style, organizational culture, job
satisfaction and employee performance at PT. Mulia Usaha Bersama. Analyze the
influence of leadership style on employee performance, organizational culture on
employee performance, leadership style on job satisfaction, organizational culture
on job satisfaction, job satisfaction on employee performance, leadership style on
job satisfaction through employee performance and organizational culture on
employee job satisfaction through employee performance. This type of research
uses quantitative research methods, the population in this study are all employees
by PT. Mulia Usaha Bersama with a sample of 65 respondents. The data analysis
method uses a range of scales and path analysis. Based on the results of the
research and discussion that have been done, it can be concluded that leadership
style is included in the good category, high organizational culture, employee job
satisfaction is satisfied and employee performance is included in the high criteria.
There is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on employee
performance, there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture
on employee performance and leadership style influences job satisfaction.
Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee job
satisfaction. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant
influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. Job satisfaction has been
shown to mediate the influence of leadership style on employee performance, and
job satisfaction has been shown to mediate the influence of organizational culture
on employee performance.
