Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of PT Sinar Agro Gemilang Indah Dompu Branch, West Nusa Tenggara. The sample in this study were all employees of PT Sinar Agro Gemilang Indah Dompu Branch, West Nusa Tenggara as many as 35 people. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires, the data analysis method used was the scale range and multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing assisted by SPSS software. The results of this study are work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the dominant variable in influencing employee performance is the work environment.
