Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Methodologically, this study adopts a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population and sample of this study include all 40 employees of Ritel Kiyosi. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires, and data analysis used a scale range and multiple linear regression, as well as hypothesis testing assisted by SPSS software. The empirical results of the study confirm that Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and Organizational Commitment also shows a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Furthermore, the Organizational Commitment variable has a more dominant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
