Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan motivasi terhadap kinerja anggota badan pengelola latihan (BPL) di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel ialah Total Sampling dengan responden berjumlah 30 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja anggota (Y), motivasi kerja (X2) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota (Y), dan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota (Y).
