PENGARUH GREEN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT DAN OPERATION STRATEGY TERHADAP ENVIRONMENT PERFORMANCE PADA UMKM BATIK DI KOTA MALANG

This study aims to determine the effect of Green Supply Chain Management and Operation Strategy on Environment Performance in Batik UMKM in Malang City. The sample in this study amounted to 92 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used a scale range and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that GSCM has a positive and significant effect on Environment performance, Operation strategy has a significant positive effect on Environment performance, GSCM and Operation Strategy have a positive impact on Environment Performance.
