Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and non-physical work environment on nurses' work productivity at UOBF Puskemas Tuban. The population in this study was 50 nurses. This study used a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population were used as samples, namely 50 nurses. This study used an explanatory method and a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires, and data analysis through the scale range method and multiple linear regression analysis processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results of the workload scale range were in the high category, the non-physical work environment was in the high category, and work productivity was in the high category. The results of the research test showed that workload and non-physical work environment partially had a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Simultaneously, both variables were also proven to have a positive and significant effect on nurses' work productivity. These findings demonstrate the importance of workload management and creating a conducive work environment to increase productivity. The better the management of workload and non-physical work environment, the higher the nurses' work productivity.
