Abstract
Workplace well-being is achieved when an individual experiences personal well-being from the core, intrinsic job value satisfaction, as well as extrinsic factors. High self-efficacy can influence individuals to feel well-being in the workplace. High workloads can weaken the influence of self-efficacy on workplace well-being. This study aims to examine the role of workload as a moderator in the influence of self-efficacy on workplace well-being. The research utilizes a quantitative design involving 63 employees as research subjects from the total population. Sampling was conducted online using a total sampling technique through the general self-efficacy scale, workplace well-being (WWB), and workload scale. Data analysis was performed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the assistance of SPSS 26 software. The research findings indicate that workload does not act as a moderator in the influence of self-efficacy on workplace well-being.
