SOLUSI DESAIN APLIKASI SISTEM INFORMASI PARIWISATA DENGAN FITUR NAVIGASI DAN BAHASA DAERAH MENGGUNAKAN METODE UX JOURNEY

This study aims to provide a solution for designing a tourism information system equipped with navigation features and local language integration using the UX Journey method. The goal is to enhance user experience in searching for tourist attractions while promoting local languages. The research methodology combines qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data analysis is conducted descriptively using qualitative techniques, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the tourism information system application based on the UX Journey method effectively provides accurate and up-to-date tourism information, efficient navigation routes, and interactive features for learning and translating local languages. This application not only enhances travelers' convenience in planning their trips but also contributes to the preservation of local languages and cultures.
