Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Hajar Aswad Persada, Tulungagung Head Office, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative approach with the method or technique of data collection that will be used is through the distribution of questionnaires offline. The research sample was taken using a total sampling method that includes the entire employee population of 47 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using a scale range analysis and multiple linear regression tests with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the scale range test can be seen that the leadership style falls into the good criteria, the organizational culture is strong, work discipline is very high and employee performance is high. The results of the study indicate that work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance, while leadership style and organizational culture have no significant effect. Simultaneously, these variables show an influence on employee performance, indicating that the combination of leadership, the right organizational culture, and good work discipline can improve employee performance at PT Hajar Aswad Persada.
