Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and
organizational culture on employee performance with work motivation as an
intervening variable at Cenderawasih Pos company. The research uses a
quantitative approach with Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique
via SmartPLS software. The study involved 47 employees. The results show that
leadership style has a significant positive effect on work motivation, but does not
have a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a
significant positive effect on both work motivation and employee performance.
Work motivation is not proven to significantly mediate the relationship between
leadership style and employee performance, nor between organizational culture
and employee performance. This research contributes to human resource
management theory development and provides practical implications for
organizational management.
