Abstract

This study aims to determine and test the influence of work-life balance and organizational commitment on employee retention at UD. Golden Ways Batu. This research is explanatory and uses a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires with a sample of 40 employees. Data collection was conducted through distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents. The analytical methods used in this study were multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results indicate that work-life balance has a significant influence on employee retention. Meanwhile, organizational commitment did not significantly influence employee retention. Of the two variables, work-life balance has the greatest influence on employee retention.
