Abstract

The value of public service compliance from year to year continues to decrease, along with the one-stop integrated service per May-September 2024 at
79.39 from the highest quality category which is at 88.00-100 which in the future can be improved to get a score with category (A), but for now the BKK3 directorate is still in category (B) with a value range between 78.00-87.99.
The research used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach that focuses on an in-depth understanding of social, cultural, or human behavioral phenomena. This type of research prioritizes the descriptive aspect. In qualitative research, researchers tend to use observation methods, in-depth interviews, case studies, content analysis, and other techniques to collect descriptive data based on the results of the discussion that has been presented.
Therefore, the conclusion was obtained from the results of the research on One-Stop Integrated Services at the Directorate of Institutional Development and K3 that it has run effectively. This can be seen from 4 (four) indicators of public service effectiveness such as, Timeliness of service, seen from the length of waiting time and service process time, Accuracy of service, seen from the ability of employees and the suitability of service procedures provided by service employees. To maximize the waiting time so that it is not too long and to unravel the occurrence of queues that accumulate, PTSA Institutional Development and K3 provide a Costomer Service which is expected to always maintain professionalism when providing services so that they maintain politeness and friendliness, while maintaining the existence and function of existing facilities
