Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of servant leadership on employee loyalty with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at CV. Kartika Katering. The research employed a quantitative method using the Sobel test. Data were collected through questionnaires. The sample consisted of 38 respondents, determined using total sampling, and the data were analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that servant leadership has a negative effect on employee loyalty, a positive effect on organizational commitment, and that organizational commitment positively influences employee loyalty. Furthermore, organizational commitment mediates the relationship between servant leadership and employee loyalty. This finding implies that the implementation of servant leadership enhances organizational commitment, which in turn leads to higher employee loyalty.
