ANALISIS PEMILIHAN LOKASI RUMAH PRODUKSI UMKM TRILY DI WILAYAH KABUPATEN SAMPANG JAWA TIMUR

This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of the planned production house of Trilly located at Jl. Selong Permai Gang 2, Sampang, and to determine an alternative location that is more efficient in terms of distribution costs within the Madura region. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach using the Center of Gravity method to determine the geographically optimal distribution point. The findings indicate that the location in Sampang is not optimal in reducing distribution costs, as it results in a total distribution distance of 378.09 km. The alternative location identified is Sendang Village, Pragaan District, Sumenep Regency, with a total distribution distance of 327.96 km. This location is considered to provide better distribution efficiency for all partners in Madura compared to the initially planned site.
