Abstract
The digital era has changed the dynamics of the global economy by expanding markets, increasing business efficiency and accelerating innovation. These changes encourage countries to adapt their diplomatic strategies to be in line with digital developments. Singapore, as the economic center and digital hub of Southeast Asia, is active in integrating economic diplomacy with its digitalization agenda. This research analyzes the contribution of Singapore's economic diplomacy to digital economic growth in the 2017-2023 period. Using descriptive qualitative methods, based on the concept of economic diplomacy and the concept of digital economy. Using the Miles and Huberman model data analysis method, through a systematic process of reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that in the period 2017-2023 there are eight forms of economic diplomacy agreed upon by Singapore, of which the eight forms of diplomacy include regional, bilateral, plurilateral and multilateral initiatives. Overall, it can be concluded that the economic diplomacy policy implemented by Singapore shows a systematic transformation towards digital economic diplomacy.
