Abstract

Character education is an important aspect in shaping a generation that not only excels academically but also possesses strong moral and social values. The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5), which is part of the independent curriculum, is designed to instill Pancasila values through project-based learning. This study aims to analyze the implementation of P5 at SDN 02 Girimoyo with a focus on students' diversity character. A qualitative approach was used in this study, employing observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection methods. The research subjects consisted of teachers and students directly involved in the implementation of P5 activities.
The results of the study show that P5 activities at SDN 02 Girimoyo are effective in shaping students' competencies and character in accordance with the values of Pancasila. Through the theme of local wisdom, students show an increase in tolerance, care, responsibility, and cooperation, as well as pride in Indonesian culture. The success of P5 implementation is greatly influenced by the professionalism of teachers as facilitators who are able to integrate the value of diversity into learning. In addition, careful and contextual planning also supports the achievement of learning objectives. The obstacles faced include limited time, resources, and the uneven understanding of teachers and student participation. Efforts made to overcome these obstacles include collaboration between teachers, integration with other subjects, and schedule adjustments.
The implementation of P5 has shown positive results in shaping students' character, as long as it is supported by good planning, active teacher involvement, and strategies for dealing with challenges.
