Abstract
Human relations in an organization play an important role in creating a harmonious work environment and increasing motivation. This study aims to analyze the influence of human relations on employee performance at PT. Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, involving 47 respondents who were affected by the influence of human relations on employee performance. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence between human relations on employee performance. Validity and reliability tests ensure that the instruments used in this study are valid and reliable. The conclusion of this study is that human relations have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling.
