Abstract
This study analyzes the impact of the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System (SMK3L) on labor productivity in the construction project of Building A, Brawijaya University Hospital, MalangThis research employs a quantitative approach, distributing questionnaires to 54 respondents from a total population of 113 workers, and data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 29. Validity and reliability tests confirmed that the research instruments were valid and reliable. Classical assumption tests were also met. Key findings indicate that the implementation of OSH&E (X1), workforce (X2), and work environment (X3) partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on labor productivity (Y). The coefficient of determination of 45.9% demonstrates the contribution of these three variables to productivity, while the remaining is influenced by other factors. In conclusion, SMK3L serves not only as a risk prevention tool but also as a vital strategy for enhancing efficiency and productivity in construction projects.
