PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PERUSAHAAN UMUM DAERAH AIR MINUM LAWU TIRTA MAGETAN

This study aims to determine how organizational culture and work motivation influence employee performance at the Lawu Tirta Regional Drinking Water Company, Magetan Regency, located at Jl. Tripandita No. 5, Sukowinangun Village, Magetan District, Magetan Regency, East Java. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were all engineering employees at the Lawu Tirta Regional Drinking Water Company Branch, Magetan Regency, totaling 54 people. Data collection by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale, then tested and has met the validity and reliability requirements. The data analysis technique in this study used path analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance.
