EVALUASI DESAIN TERMINAL PENUMPANG TIPE B MINAK KONCAR KABUPATEN LUMAJANG JAWA TIMUR

Transportation plays a very important role in urban development, so its development must be organized in an integrated unit. One form of transportation facility that is widely used by the community is the terminal. Therefore, there is a need for terminal transportation facilities such as one of them, Terminal Minak Koncar, which can accommodate the needs of the community in transportation. But in its operation, Terminal Minak Koncar still has many inadequate facilities. From the evaluation results using the Customer Satisfaction Index method, the results obtained are 65.21% which shows the lack of satisfaction of terminal service users so that it is necessary to improve the layout of terminal facilities to increase service user satisfaction.
