RANCANG BANGUN WEBSITE MANAJEMEN KLINIK PADA KLINIK GRIYA MULYA PANDAAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE PERSONAL EXTREME PROGRAMMING

The advancement of information technology provides significant opportunities for the healthcare sector to improve efficiency and accuracy in data management. Griya Mulya Pandaan Clinic currently records patient data, medical records, and medications manually, which poses risks of recording errors and difficulties in data retrieval. This research aims to apply the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) method in developing a web-based clinic management system and to conduct functionality testing of the developed system. The PXP method was chosen due to its iterative and flexible nature, making it suitable for individual software development. The stages implemented include requirements identification, planning, iteration initialization, system design, implementation (including coding, unit testing, and refactoring), system testing, and Retrospective. The developed system includes features for recording, storing, and managing patient data, medical records, and medications, along with a reporting feature that allows filtering based on a date range. The results of unit testing and UAT indicate that the system functions as expected. The system has also been tested by the internal staff of the clinic and helps streamline data management processes digitally.
