Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the management of village fund allocation in Kabul Village, Praya Barat Daya District. The research was conducted using qualitative methods. The data used were interviews with 4 informants: the village head, the secretary, the head of the financial affairs, and one member of the community in Kabul Village, Praya Barat Daya District, as well as documentation in the form of financial budget reports from the kabul Village Office for the 2023-2024 period. The data analysis method used is descriptive through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results prove that the management of village fund allocation in Kabul Village, Praya Barat Daya District is deemed good because it conducts planning through village deliberations, implementation through village development including road repairs and paving of agricultural roads, administration by recording all village income and expenditure transactions in a computer program, reporting to the regent at the end of each year through the report on the realization of village income and expenditure budgets, as well as the accountability process by conducting a Responsibility Report (LPJ) attended by the community.
