PENERAPAN WEBSITE DESA GUNA MEWUJUDKAN KETERBUKAAN INFORMASI PUBLIK DI DESA JABUNG KABUPATEN MAGETAN

This research discusses the Implementation of the village website to Realize Public Information Transparency in Jabung Village, Magetan Regency. Based on Regional Regulation of Magetan Regency Number 6 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System, Article 1 paragraph (1) states: “The Electronic-Based Government System, hereinafter referred to as SPBE, is the administration of government that utilizes information and communication technology to provide services to SPBE users.” The implementation of SPBE in Panekan District, Magetan Regency focuses on two main aspects: electronic administrative government services and digital-based public services.
This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of the study include the Village Head, Village Secretary, and Heads of Sections as well as Heads of Affairs in the village. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with relevant parties, while secondary data came from official documents and relevant literature. Data collection techniques used include observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis in this research involves data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.
The results of the study show that the implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) to realize public information transparency in Jabung Village, Magetan Regency, is reflected through the provision of a village website. This website provides administrative government services in the form of village information transparency, Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) information, and information on village potential. In reality, however, the implementation of SPBE in Jabung Village has not been fully optimized. The main challenges include the level of human resources' education in Jabung Village and the limited availability of technological infrastructure
