The implementation of the fulfillment of overtime wages for workers still has discrepancies where the nominal overtime wages and the actual calculation results are different, this has triggered conflicts between workers and companies. This STUDI aims to determine how the calculation of overtime wages is carried out based on Article 31 of Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021 and to analyze the factors that support and hinder the implementation of overtime wage payments. The method used is socilogical juridical research. From the results of the research conducted by the author regarding the implementation of the fulfillment of overtime wages according to Article 31 of Government Regulation Number 35 of 2001 in companies and what factors are the supporters and obstacles in the implementation of the fulfillment of overtime wages, it is found that there is a discrepancy with the applicable regulations. This discrepancy is caused by several things, such as the company's limited budget and the lack of understanding of workers regarding how overtime wages are calculated. As a result, workers' rights to overtime pay are not fulfilled as stipulated in Article 31 of Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021. The suggestion given regarding this problem is that companies should prioritize compliance with labor laws and regulations, especially those related to workers' normative rights such as overtime pay. In order not to violate workers' rights, there needs to be intensive supervision from the authorities as well as reprimands and warnings which are expected to be a reference for improving the reporting system regarding transparency of overtime wages to workers.
