Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on actual usage through intention to use as an intervening variable in the adoption of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) among merchants at Pasar Manis Purwokerto. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method using a survey distributed to 223 respondents selected through proportional stratified random sampling. The data collection instrument was a structured questionnaire, which underwent validity and reliability tests. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis and hypothesis testing. The results show that both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use significantly influence intention to use. Furthermore, intention to use has a significant effect on actual usage. The analysis also confirms that intention to use mediates the relationship between perceived ease of use and actual usage. These findings suggest that the merchants’ perception of QRIS’s ease of use and usefulness indirectly strengthens their actual usage through their intention to adopt the system.
