Abstract

This research aims to determine leadership and readiness to change in employees, the influence of leadership on performance, the influence of leadership on readiness to change, the influence of readiness to change on performance, the influence of leadership on employee performance with readiness to change as an intervening variable. The sample in this study consisted of 53 respondents who were employees of PT POS Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City using total sampling techniques. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The research results state that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a significant influence on readiness to change. Readiness to change has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance indirectly through readiness to change.
