Abstract
In a construction project, there is a very high potential for danger. Several facts show that there are still many minor work accidents in the Siloam Hospital Surabaya construction project. The implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Program is very important because it aims to create a safe, comfortable, clean, and orderly work environment. This study focuses on the analysis of the Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Management System (SMK3L) on Job Performance in the Siloam Hospital Surabaya Construction Project. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of K3 training, occupational health, and other factors on job performance, and to identify the most dominant factors in job performance in the project. The research methodology uses a quantitative approach. The study population consisted of 157 workers, including security guards, foremen, K3 staff, technical staff, workers, and supervisory consultants. The Slovin technique was used to determine the sample, resulting in 61 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data from the questionnaire were processed using the IBM SPSS Statistic 27 and Microsoft Excel programs. The results of the study indicate that the variable (X1) of K3L implementation has a significant positive effect of 0.962, with a calculated T (4.455) greater than the T table (2.240), and a percentage score of 87.40%. The variable (X2) of the work environment shows a significance of 0.962, with a calculated T (2.240) greater than the T table (4.455), and a percentage score of 87.11%. The variable (X3) of labor also has a significance of 0.974, with a calculated T (4.483) greater than the T table (2.240), and a percentage score of 88.76%. This means that each variable has a positive and significant effect on worker performance, with the labor variable (X2) as the dominant factor with a percentage score of 88.76%.
