Abstract

This study analyzes the factors influencing employment opportunities for fresh graduates in Indonesia using data from SAKERNAS 2023. Using a quantitative approach and binary logistic regression analysis, it was found that the variables of marital status, type of education, and training experience have a significant effect on employment opportunities. Freshgraduates who are married, have non-vocational education, and have training experience are more likely to secure employment. Although the gender variable is not statistically significant, its interaction with training shows an influence in certain contexts. These findings emphasize the importance of vocational training as a strategy to enhance the employability of freshgraduates.
