PERENCANAAN TEKNIS GEDUNG KANTOR BALAI PENGAMANAN DAN PENEGAKAN HUKUM LINGKUNGAN HIDUP DAN KEHUTANAN WILAYAH KALIMANTAN SEKSI WILAYAH I PALANGKA RAYA

The planning of the construction of the Office of the Environmental Law
Enforcement and Protection Agency (Balai Gakkum LHK) for the Kalimantan
Region, Section I Palangka Raya, aims to enhance work capacity and service
effectiveness. This facility is designed as a center for law enforcement activities,
information gathering, and handling public reports related to violations in the fields
of environmental and forestry, covering the provinces of Central Kalimantan and
South Kalimantan. The scope of planning includes the design of foundations, portal
structures, earthquake resistance systems, and roof construction, along with the
preparation of the Cost Budget Plan (RAB) and implementation scheduling. The
planning refers to technical standards, including building regulations, Indonesian
National Standard (SNI) for concrete and steel, and unit price provisions for
construction. The expected outcome is a building design that meets safety, comfort,
and functionality requirements, with an implementation period planned for
seventeen months. This construction is expected to support the improvement of
service quality and the performance of Balai Gakkum LHK employees.
