EVALUASI PENERAPAN QUALITY CONTROL RUMAH POTONG HEWAN UNGGAS DI PT. PHALOSARI UNGGUL JAYA

This study aims to determine and analyze the company management system and stages of the production process applied at RPA PT. Phalosari Unggul Jaya, starting from receiving raw materials to products ready to be marketed. To understand and evaluate the implementation of the quality control system at RPA PT. Phalosari Unggul Jaya in order to guarantee product quality. To identify and analyze the various challenges faced by RPA PT. Phalosari Unggul Jaya in implementing product quality control. This research method uses qualitative evaluative research by taking sample data with purposive sampling by conducting interviews and direct research at the research location, then analyzing and drawing conclusions, the total sample in this study amounted to 2 respondents consisting of the Quality Control Foreman and the production foreman. The data analysis technique used in this study is Qualitative Evaluative Analysis using the method of Data Collection, Data Transcription, Coding, Theme Identification, Interpretation and Conclusion Drawing, Data Triangulation. The results of the study obtained explain that the Role of Quality Control in Slaughterhouses is very necessary with its duties, namely supervision starting from preparation for Gross Production which includes PAH (Receiving Live Chickens), Hanging, Stunning, Halal Slaughter, Draining Blood, Boiling, Plucking Feathers, Evisceration, Packing By-products, Clean Production (Clean Primary Packing), Cutting after the Grading process, entering the Chilling Room, ABF (Air Blast Freezer), Secondary Packing, entering Cold Storage (CS), Product Loading, Marketing).
