Abstract
Ir. P. H. Moch Noor Road is a planned National Strategic Road with a 2-lane 2-way undivided (2/2 UD) road type, with each lane having a width of 3.25 meters, located in Tabalong Regency, South Kalimantan. The road uses flexible pavement and is currently in damaged condition. Therefore, appropriate repair planning needs to be conducted by assessing the damage condition using the PCI method through direct field observation and designing the road damage repair according to existing repair conditions, following the 2017 Bina Marga flexible pavement thickness design procedure. In addition to analyzing the appropriate pavement thickness, the repair cost for the road damage is also calculated. The damage condition of the Ir. P. H. Moch Noor Road segment, with an average PCI value of 68,5, so the handling is carried out by filling cracks, patching, and re-coating (overlay) with a thickness of 4 cm. The estimated repair cost for the treatment on the Ir. P. H. Moch Noor Road segment is Rp3,390,572,297.58.
