Abstract

Background : Tuberculosis is an infectious disease with the highest mortality rate in the world as per year globally as many as 10.6 million people are infected with Mycobaterium tuberculosis and 1.4 million to 1.5 million people die each year from Mycobetarium tuberculosis. Tuberuculosis spreads through droplets, infected patients will experience several clinical symptoms such as continuous cough, night sweats, weight loss, fever.
Objective : OAT usage patterns including type, dose, route, frequency, and duration of administration to evaluate the effects of hepatotoxic smapping of advanced phase patient drugs in adults in the Outpatient Installation and Inpatient Installation of Kediri Regency Hospital
Research method : This study used a retrospective, observational descriptive method using a time-limited sampling technique. A total of 12 adult tuberculosis patients were sampled at Kediri District Hospital from January 1 to December 31, 2024.
