PENGARUH WORK LIFE BALANCE DAN KNOWLEDGE SHARING TERHADAP LOYALITAS KARYAWAN PADA PT. BUMI MENARA INTERNUSA (BMI) II

The purpose of this study is to describe work-life balance, knowledge
sharing and employee loyalty, the influence of work-life balance on employee
loyalty, the influence of knowledge sharing on employee loyalty and the influence
of work-life balance and knowledge sharing simultaneously on employee loyalty.
The type of research used in this study is explanatory research, with a population
of production employees at PT. Bumi Menara Internusa (BMI) II, with a sample
size of 71 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear
regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that work-life balance falls
into the sufficient criteria, knowledge sharing is high and employee loyalty falls
into the high criteria. Work-life balance affects the loyalty of production
