Abstract
PT. Pranata Jaya Abadi Probolinggo is a company engaged in tourism services and employee transportation. This study aims to identify the causes of trip service delays at PT. Pranata Jaya Abadi Probolinggo and formulate effective scheduling solutions. The methods used include Gantt Chart, cause-and-effect analysis (fishbone diagram), and the interactive Miles & Huberman model. The results indicate that delays are caused by human, machine, material, and method factors, such as undisciplined drivers, unprepared vehicles, and unrealistic schedules. The proposed solutions include implementing GPS-based digital attendance, scheduled vehicle maintenance, clear operational SOPs, improved coordination, and structured scheduling methods.
