Abstract

This study aims to describe employee performance, leadership style and work motivation on drivers at PT. Bahtera Nusantara Transport, to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance, to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style on work motivation, to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance, to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance through work motivation. The population in this study were drivers of PT. Bahtera Nusantara Transport with a total of 40 drivers using total sampling technique. The method used is partial least square with the help of Smart PLS 4 software. These results indicate that leadership style does not have a significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, leadership style employee performance through work motivation as a mediating variable shows significant results.
