PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN DI KAPAL GARDEN HOTEL

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee productivity at Kapal Garden Hotel. The research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The population consists of all 33 employees at Kapal Garden Hotel, with the sampling technique using a saturated sampling method. The results indicate that both work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination shows that motivation and work environment explain part of the variation in productivity, although other factors also contribute. These findings highlight the importance of management in creating a supportive work environment and enhancing employee motivation to improve productivity.
