Knowing and analyzing economic growth on the official unemployment rate in Blitar Regency and knowing and analyzing the influence of wages and economic growth on the official unemployment rate in Blitar Regency. The type of research used is quantitative analysis research. increasing from year to year creates a dilemma for the business world which believes that the minimum wage set is too high. Wages affect employment opportunities. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis results show that wages have a significant negative impact of -0.362. This means that as wages increase, the published unemployment rate in Blitar Regency decreases. Economic growth does not have a significant effect as indicated by a significance of more than 0.05 (5%), so changes in economic growth do not cause unemployment. Wages are simultaneously influential, meaning that as wages change and economic growth, the published unemployment rate will also change. There will be changes in Blitar Regency.
