Abstract

Discipline among students is an important factor that contributes to successful learning, and it can be developed through structured activities that encourage positive habits, such as religious programs at school. This study aims to describe the implementation of these programs at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Babat and identify the obstacles the school has faced. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzed using data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that religious programs are implemented through activities that promote student engagement and discipline, as well as the use of rewards and punishments, habit formation, role modeling, and teacher and program supervisor supervision. Obstacles include low student self-awareness, limited implementation time, which makes activities less effective, a lack of interest in participating, and an unsupportive environment. The study suggests that regularly and consistently implemented religious programs can significantly impact students' disciplinary attitudes. However, challenges remain that require strategies to enhance awareness, optimize time management, and foster a supportive environment.
